Nexus AI Compute Pte. Ltd. is committed to the highest standards of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) compliance. We adhere to Singapore's regulations including the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act and the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act. Our AML program is designed to prevent our Platform from being used for money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crimes.
We implement a risk-based KYC program that includes: (a) identity verification for all users during registration; (b) enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions; (c) ongoing monitoring and periodic review of customer information; (d) verification of source of funds when applicable; (e) screening against international sanctions lists and PEP databases. Users must provide valid government-issued identification and proof of address.
We employ automated systems to monitor transactions for suspicious patterns, including: unusually large deposits or withdrawals, rapid movement of funds, structuring of transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, transactions involving high-risk jurisdictions, and patterns inconsistent with the user's profile. Flagged transactions are reviewed by our compliance team.
In compliance with applicable laws, we file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with the Suspicious Transaction Reporting Office (STRO) of Singapore when we detect activity that may indicate money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crimes. We are prohibited from notifying users when such reports are filed (tipping-off prohibition).
All employees receive regular AML/CTF training to recognize and report suspicious activities. Our compliance program is reviewed and updated annually to reflect changes in regulations and emerging risks. We maintain a designated AML Compliance Officer responsible for the implementation and oversight of our AML program.
