By accessing or using the Nexus AI Compute platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and lessees of AI computing resources.
Nexus AI Compute provides AI inference computing resource leasing services. Users can lease AI computing power (GPU resources) through the Platform and earn revenue from API call processing. The Platform facilitates the connection between computing resources and AI model API demand. All computing resources are hosted in professional Tier 4 data centers.
Users must: (a) provide accurate and complete registration information; (b) maintain the security of their account credentials; (c) comply with all applicable laws and regulations; (d) not use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes; (e) complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification when required; (f) not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation.
All payments for computing resource leases are processed through approved payment channels. Lease fees are non-refundable once the computing resources have been activated. The Platform supports cryptocurrency and fiat currency deposits. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and processing times. The Platform reserves the right to adjust minimum withdrawal amounts.
Daily earnings are calculated based on actual AI API call volume processed by your leased computing resources and settled in Token units. Earnings are estimated and may vary based on market demand for AI inference services. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. The Platform settles earnings daily and users can withdraw accumulated earnings subject to the withdrawal policy.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Nexus AI Compute Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.
Nexus AI Compute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific earnings levels, or that the Platform will be error-free. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, users may withdraw any remaining balance subject to the withdrawal policy. Lease commitments already in effect will continue until their natural expiration unless terminated for cause.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
